Carlos Oliveira is 32 years old and was born in Braga, Portugal. He is a graduate from Universidade do Minho in Eng. Sistemas e Informática in 2000. PAGETTI in Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Carlos is a Co-Founder of MobiComp in 2000 (when he was 22 years old) and has been MobiComp CEO since its inception till the acquisition by Microsoft. Carlos is currently Product Unit Manager at Microsoft and Vice-President of Associação Industrial do Minho. Carlos Oliveira was decorated by the President of Portugal Jorge Sampaio in 2006.
