It's been ages since our last TEDxEdges, and in the meanwhile TEDx in Portugal experienced tremendous growth, with independent events gathering hundreds of people, in Lisboa, Porto, Aveiro, and the next one, October 1st , in the beautiful town of Portimão.
If you are reading this email, that's because you have supported us since the early beginning of TEDx in Portugal, and we want you to share your brain with like-minded people in the Algarve. We try to keep these alerts few and far between. Promise.
On to the real thing... "TEDxEdges - The Algarve Weekend eXPerience"
You already know that Algarve is the perfect place for TEDxEdges, after all, it's a natural brain-SPA, a region of Portugal, where the sea is warm and calm. The climate is wonderful and the holiday villages, hotels and touristic resorts are superb places to stay, so we have also found Algarve to be the perfect location that will make TEDxEdges, this year's coolest after-Summer event, a place where people need an enjoyable environment where ideas can flow, in a relaxed manner.
The Algarve’s beaches meanwhile are among the best in the world. And there is so much variety to chose from - hidden beaches, family beaches, beaches where the sea is calm and beaches that are ideal for water sports. Whichever one you go for, there is always fun in abundance and lots of people that have already registered to TEDxEdges(www.tedxedges.com/register) will come from somewhere else, that's why we have done a partnership with a Portuguese start-up called Almago(www.almago.com), that will help you prepare your TEDxEdges experience.
1. Details of the TEDxEdges Weekend eXPerience:

Q: If I go to TEDxEdges WXP, will I be selected to TEDxEdges?
A: If you like to participate in TEDxEdges so much that you are going to the TEDxEdges Weekend XP, of course you will be selected for the main event.
Q: If I register to TEDxEdges Weekend XP, do I also need to register on TEDxEdges website?
A: No. If you register at TEDxEdges Weekend XP directly with AlmaGo, you will be automatically registered for TEDxEdges.
Q: I only want to go to the TEDxEdges event, is that still OK?
A: Yes, that's perfect. But, we think that you will enjoy an even better experience if you share the TEDxEdges Weekend XP with the rest of the community and the TEDxEdges speakers.
Q: How much does TEDxEdges WXP cost?
